I offer support and spiritual friendship to those nearing the end of life, to their families, and to those navigating grief, loss or transition.
I trained as a Buddhist chaplain with Amitabha Hospice Service in Auckland, and as a Deathwalker with Zenith Virago in Australia - two deeply rooted paths of compassionate service. I am currently continuing my studies in end of life celebrancy and ritual, learning to co-create meaningful ceremonies that honour the dying and the dead with reverence.
As an ordained member of the Triratna Buddhist Order, I bring spiritual depth and steadiness to this work. I am guided by Buddhist teachings and the boundless power of karuna (compassion) not only as a personal quality but as an active force that can hold, soothe, and transform even our deepest suffering.
I skilfully accompany others in their death or bereavement journey, encouraging and empowering them to be as open and courageous as they can be.
I accompany, not fix. I honour, not rush. I listen, not judge.
This work is not separate from my holistic body therapy practice - it is part of the same deep thread: serving life, death, and the sacred journey in between.
